Job Placement

CDS Tractor Trailer Training has many companies for our graduates to choose from. Job placement can range from local, regional and over-the-road. Here are some of the companies our graduates have to choose from:

Werner Enterprises, TransAm, Motion Holdings, Roehl, TMC, PGT, Covenant, Atlantic Bulk Carriers, Pepsi, Coke, VA Concrete, Updike Industries, Marten, FFE, Apple Transfer, KLLM, Owen U.S. Express, H.O. Wolding, and many more including regional, local, and short haul!

Most of the over the road carriers offer tuition reimbursement to new drivers. On average, a new driver will receive $100 - $200 per month over and above their pay to help them get back most, if not all, the money they invested in training.

During training, a student coordinator will meet each student personally to assist in the job placement process. Staff is available to answer questions and help guide a student to a company in which they will be happy. Recruiters from various carriers do presentations for students and take applications. Students are able to report immediately after graduation to the carrier they selected.

There are no employment contracts to sign!

New drivers average $700-1,100 weekly their first year!
